Is it possible to cancel or modify my order?
Completed orders are final. However, you can contact us at info@olupsia.com to let us know your request. We are committed to satisfying you to the maximum of our ability, however, we cannot guarantee that all your requests can be processed.
What should I do in case of allergy or unpleasant reaction after applying an Olupsia product?
All our products are certified hypoallergenic and before being put on sale, we submit each new product to tests to ensure that it is harmless.
For any request regarding a case of allergy or reaction, please send the request by email to info@olupsia.com

We will then contact you if we need any further information or details to understand the unpleasant reaction.
